Help and trust
How buying direct works
Meet Your Coffee helps you choose. The roaster sells, ships and supports your order.
What happens when you click “Buy at [Roaster]”
You leave Meet Your Coffee and arrive on the roaster’s own website, on the exact product and variant where the roaster’s shop supports it. Where it doesn’t, we say so and you reselect the bag and grind there. You pay the roaster, at the roaster’s price. We never collect card details, delivery addresses or orders.
Prices, delivery and availability
We observe price and stock from the roaster’s shop. A current price is only shown when it was confirmed within the last 24 hours; otherwise we mark it as unconfirmed. Delivery is calculated for your destination from the roaster’s published rules; if a rule needs your postcode, we ask rather than guess. A coffee’s unit price (per 100 g, delivery excluded) and the delivered total for a single purchase are shown separately and are never combined across roasters.
Tasting sets
Tasting sets list every coffee and weight inside them. Roaster subscription plans are not listed; we compare one-off purchases.
Roasters, imagery and listing
Roasters are chosen and listed by our editors on relevance; none pays to appear. Listings are built from public catalogue facts (names, weights, prices, stated attributes) and every coffee is shown with artwork we generate from those facts, never with a roaster’s own photography. A roaster who wants a listing changed or removed can use the corrections page.
Learning more
The Edit holds our guides to specialty coffee: roast levels, decaf methods, processing, origins, tasting notes and how to read a bag. Browse the guides.
If something goes wrong with an order
The roaster is responsible for payment, dispatch, delivery, returns and refunds. Each product page links to the roaster’s support. If a listing on Meet Your Coffee was wrong, we also want to know: use the corrections page.
