This is our third year buying from the Beloya washing station, and one we always look forward to. It also marks the start of our Ethiopian offerings; time to get excited!
A classic, super sweet expression of place, this washed smallholder lot is full of stone fruit and florals. It makes for a delicate, clean filter brew- but the intense sweetness also translates really well into espresso.
