About this coffee
Located in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, Finca Los Nogales is owned by the Salaverria family and home to a variety of experimental lots. The farm spans 28 hectares and its beautiful steep sloping vistas are very well looked after.
When the cherries here reach a deep purple colour, they are harvested and transported to the centralised processing mill, Beneficio Los Cruces, for processing. Cherries are sun-dried on tiled patios at 1200 m.a.s.l for 20 to 25 days.
