We are excited to introduce our first ever Ipê Gold lot from Cerrado, Brazil, sourced through Osito. Cerrado accounts for 12% of all of Brazil's coffee production. This new regional lot is named after the Ipê tree—a majestic hardwood tree with yellow-golden foliage which grows all across Cerrado. The yellow colour is similar to the yellow of the Catuai variety that makes up most of this lot.
