We're delighted to release a new natural-processed coffee from La Piragua in Palestina, Huila, produced by Arley Vargas alongside his father Alexander. Grown between 1,600 and 1,800 masl on a 10-hectare farm where the family champions regenerative practices, this lot showcases Striped Bourbon, a striking variety distinguished by red cherries streaked with orange.
