“Did you know that some poeple actually don’t like those chocolates with the strawberry cream centre you find in Roses or Quality Street tins? - crazy I know. This coffee is for the rest of us. ”
…and what a delight this coffee is. It’s a straight up, washed Pink Bourbon from Colombia. Nothing fancy in the processing, just very high quality coffee, grown by people who really know what they are doing.
In the cup, you can expect the aforementioned, strawberry cream, or maybe a chocolate coated strawberry - super sweet and fresh. But then a crisp and slightly zingy raspberry acidity alongside…
