“Prepare for some funk! - there’s an awful lot going on here. Intense, fruity and complex coffee.”
There’s a big almond thing going on, but funked up, like marzipan. The acidity is like a juicy, slightly caramelised orange, like marmalade. The there’s this cherry balsam kind of thing going on. It’s like sticky boiled sweets with a hint of cough medicine.
This is really complex coffee and you might also find fleeting notes of tropical fruit, cardamom, wine, chocolate and molasses.
