An earthy, smoky full roast Indian coffee with a smooth nutty finish. After harvest the beans are monsooned, recreating the change coffee once went through on long sea voyages to Europe. They swell, turn pale gold and develop a deep, distinctive cup.
Taste notes: Earthy, spicy and smoky tobacco and wood with notes of dark chocolate, treacle and hazelnut
