About this coffee
Classic washed coffees are less common in Sumatra due to the humid, cloudy environment but here the harvested cherries have been delivered to the wet mill, pulped, fermented in open tanks for up to 36 hours, washed clean and finally dried on raised beds or in solar dryers.
