This coffee is a fantastic all rounder. Sweet and clean with a soft acidity, there is a milk chocolate notes, with a soft candied orange & toffee notes. Very good brewed coffee which works well as an espresso - great all rounder.
Sourced from 22 smallholder farmers, this lot comes from the Aromas del Valle co-operative in the remote highlands of Queromarca, Callayuc, Cajamarca, Peru.
