Comsa is a vibrant, warming coffee from Marcala, Honduras, with notes of tangerine, poached pear and mulled wine. Produced by Comsa, a cooperative built around organic farming, community and better opportunities for its producers, this washed coffee is grown between 1,245 and 1,670 metres above sea level. Bright and fruit-forward with a gently spiced sweetness, it’s a cup that brings a little warmth and complexity to every brew.
